Traction REIA is the premier association for individuals and small businesses that are involved in or interested in Real Estate investing in Northern Virginia and Metro DC. Who Joins?
There are three different types of investors in our organization:
- Beginner Investors
o You have not been involved in any deals yet.
o You are individual who is excited about Real Estate Investing.

How long has Traction REIA (formerly Capital Area REIA) been in existence?
Capital Area REIA has been serving Real Estate Investors in Northern Virginia, Maryland, and Metro DC for more than a decade. A small group of investors started meeting in the late 1990′s to share ideas and deals. Soon after, the group continued to expand and is now the premier real estate investing association in the area. In 2011, the name was changed to Traction REIA.
Is Traction REIA a member of National REIA?
Yes! Traction REIA is a long-standing member of National REIA based in Northern Virginia. Traction REIA is the winner of the National REIA 2011 & 2010 “Honors of Merit” and the 2009 “Award of Excellence” for Best Overall Association!
