wholesalers call him with deals that they would let him have for

50-60% of the fair market value (these don't cost Tom a penny)

and they give Tom enough time to promote an easy 2 day

auction.  Tom found that he can generally sell the property for

somewhere between 70-80% of fair market value at lightning speed! 

 

Tom started to teach others to do this!

 

The good news is if you don’t sell the house using his

methods, no harm/no fowl.  You don't have to carry it, because

You don't own it!

 

You will still make money anyway!!

 

You see you aren't the one who

has to end up buying the house (very cool).

(Like 2 years ago when you would buy the house and then sell it to another)

 

It’s the person who comes to the auction, who buys the house!
